You’ll be attacked by a few waves of enemies up by Ser Perth. Give Ser Perth the holy amulets (Leliana will not be happy about this, so don’t do it during Playthrough 3) and then start the fight. Leave the Chantry and head back to Ser Perth. Once the conversation is over, head over to Bann Teagan and you should be able to Persuade him into speaking with you. You can Persuade or Intimidate her into doing so. Next speak to Mother Hannah about holy protection for the soldiers. If you convinced Lloyd to leave, Bella will offer you supplies for free. Wandering around the bar is Bella, speak to her next. Lloyd gives you some more Persuasion or Intimidation chances in order to get him to help out.

You’ll have several options available to enter Dwyn’s Home, but in the end you’ll either have to pick the lock or kick it through. Leave the Smithy and head over to Dwyn’s Home. There isn’t too much of use in there, really. Interact with the trapdoor to start another conversation. In the corner of the Smithy you’ll see a crate. Doing so will see Owen replaced by another smithy later in the game who will stock one of the best bows available, Far Song). Offer to rescue his daughter and he’ll be a lot more helpful (note: if you’re playing as an archer and want to be a real bastard, you can convince him to kill himself instead. Speak to him and try and get him to help. You will be able to try and Intimidate or Persuade Owen to open the door. Once the conversation is over, head to the Blacksmithy and attempt to enter. You should be able to persuade him that everything will be ok.
